4. Refund Policy ( for Printful + Project)

Because our products are made on-demand through Printful, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds when Printful is responsible for an issue, including:

the item arrives damaged
the item is defective
the wrong item, size, or print was delivered
the print quality is significantly misaligned or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

photos of the issue
a brief description

We will coordinate with Printful to issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.

Because items are custom-printed for each order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
